Shed Asset lives again

So after getting an email from one our tutors about producing small assets for a game he is creating. I felt like this might be a nice opportunity to be part of this project and also because it means I get to create/recreate for fun rather than for a project. The game is made in Unity and the tutor has asked for certain requirements for the models submitted. Below is the requirements:

After thinking briefly on what I could create that would be suitable as well as enjoyable I took a look what I have already that could work. I found my shed that created a while back, trouble was that it was far too high poly and made up of separate objects. This was and is an easy fix but baking the textures from the high poly model to a low poly model and then I can always increase the amount of tri's thus increasing the detail on the shed. Either way below is some screenshots of the shed with the windows finished with textures and 3 different sheds (High poly with high res textures, low poly with 1024 res textures and the final rendition being a low poly with 512 res textures). The results is pretty good for a quick bake. I found errors along the way such as normals not facing the right way as well as optimizing the UV texture space available.

A little side note is that with the door it was pointed out by a fellow friend Robin that I could always make the door a plane and then use an alpha channel with the texture to drecrease the amount of tri's. Below is the result of doing so:
